Every artwork is carefully inspected and confirmed to be in good condition before dispatch. We take the utmost care in packaging each piece to minimise the risk of damage during transportation. Despite our best efforts to ensure safe delivery, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
Once an artwork has been handed over to the carrier, any loss or damage during transit will be handled in accordance with the agreed shipping terms and applicable law. We cannot guarantee that damage will never occur during transportation, despite our careful packaging and handling.
We do not accept automatic liability for damage occurring solely during transit where the artwork was in good condition when dispatched and was properly packaged. Any claim for compensation or refund will be assessed in accordance with the applicable terms and legal obligations.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that transportation involves certain risks and that careful packaging cannot entirely eliminate those risks.
